Client briefing: what we are doing to help (March 26)

At Infinity Partnership we are taking the threat of COVID-19 very seriously and have put procedures in place to protect the wellbeing of our staff and clients.

We are complying with government guidelines as we continue to support our clients through these difficult times. We remind clients not to visit the Infinity office.

We appreciate these are unsettling times for all our clients but we are working extremely hard to try to maintain a business-as-usual approach.  There may be a delay in us responding to your emails, but please be rest assured we will get back to you.

To help us work through this together we are updating our website with the latest information as quickly as possible, including how to apply for grants based on rates.

We are still awaiting, but expecting soon, information on the Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme (CJRS), Coronavirus Business Interruption Loan Scheme (CBILS) and details on support for self-employed workers.

Coronavirus Business Interruption Loan Scheme (CBILS)

Regarding the CBILS, we understand that the British Business Bank are in discussions with the lenders, government and leading finance bodies over this.  We would advise clients to discuss these with us as there appears to be a requirement from banks for personal guarantees.  Under the current climate we would advise you to talk to us before considering such guarantees.

Scottish Business Rates Grants

Business Rates Grants are now open for application across the UK and details on who can apply and how to apply are on our website.

We are here to help all our clients and local businesses through these unprecedented times and should you have any questions or require assistance then please do not hesitate in contacting us through the below channels.

Our ethos at Infinity has always been that we are not just your accountants, but we are your partners in business and in these difficult times this has never been more important.  We want to assure you all that we are doing everything we can to help you and should you have any question, big or small, please get in touch, we are here to help.
