Infinity Partnership moves into prestigious West End office

Infinity Partnership has targeted further growth after a multi-million-pound investment in a new office – more than double the size of its previous location.

The award-winning accountancy and business advisory firm has moved from Albert Street in Aberdeen to a prestigious stand-alone office on nearby Carden Place.

The new office has capacity for 40 people, providing the business with the room required to accommodate anticipated growth.

Simon Cowie, managing director of Infinity Partnership, said: “We’re delighted with the Carden Place office, which is finished to an exceptionally high standard.

“The move reflects our confidence in, and commitment to, the Aberdeen market. We know that our offering of a broad range of strategic advice to complement traditional accountancy services is appealing to clients, so it’s important for us to have additional space available to allow us to grow.

“We’ve moved with the times in terms of cloud-based accountancy solutions and offering services and advice to support business continuity. This has led to a client retention rate of 99% and recognition by our peers with national awards.

“It’s a very exciting time for the business and we’re looking forward to the next phase of growth.”

In addition, Simon said Infinity was looking to add ambitious people to the team, particularly in the tax arena, and to augment its growing number of international clients and partnerships.

Established in 2011, Infinity has advised more than 100 start-ups in the past 18 months, supported companies with tax credit claims and assisted clients with financial advice and restructuring in light of the low oil price.  In addition, its expertise has been sought by six PLCs (public limited companies).

Simon was named Practitioner of the Year at the 2016 British Accountancy Awards. He was named Scottish Dealmaker of the Year in 2009 and 2014. Since 2011, he has completed more than 50 merger and acquisition deals worth more than £325m.

Infinity Partnership was named a regional winner at the British Accountancy Awards in 2015 and 2017. Greg Houston, Infinity’s client relations manager, has been shortlisted at the British Accountancy Awards three times – twice being highly commended.
